• Ability to recognise what is missing in content or presentation
• Time management skills and the ability to multitask under tight deadlines and time constraints
• Strong initiative and highly self-motivated
• Ability to provide new ideas and adapt to process improvements and/or new technological tools
• Qualified computer operator and instructor (OCR CLAIT; ECDL; NVQ, IBT)
• Interpreting data
• Performing edits on publications to ensure professionalism and quality and adherence to house style

• One-on-One computing instruction (beginners to advanced) • MS Office; OpenOffice; LibreOffice; Google Docs etc.
• Business presentations; text and word processing; desktop publishing and proofreading.
• Help and tutoring with the following: literacy and numeracy.

• students who have both physical and mental challenges (Gateway To Learning program), seniors (South Gate Centre)
• Reliable, adaptable and creative – has clearance for working with the vulnerable sector.
